Master Thiba-Do's Haiti Orphanage Project
Since the demise of My Instructor and Friend GM Tran Quan, President of the ITF, I have had a strong calling to go do some work in Haiti. My plans are to start a TKD school there for the orphans, also a trade school. In searching for the right place to do this work I came across Marlene Berthelot. Marlene is the director of the Par La Foi Mission.
Par La Foi Mission
An Orphanage in Gressier, Just outside PortAu Prince, Haiti. Due to her hard work the mission has been granted 15 acres of good land to rebuild and develop. I am committed to helping her create a new orphanage building, a school for literacy and trade skills, and self sustaining projects to become self sufficient.I started by making a trip to Haiti to meet the kids and see the land. There are some concept drawings posted on the Mission web site. My goal is to make another trip to Haiti each 6 weeks to continue the TKD training. The construction project will begin the school buildings, then a well and Farm House. Please donate what you can. We have started off the fund with a $1000 donation From the ITF USA.
